What you can expect.

.: Training intensity :.

Your body makes adaptations when it is made to do things that it is not already used to doing, therefore you need to continuously but gradually increase the intensity of your exercise. As an experienced, fully qualified personal trainer I understand exactly how much increase is needed so that changes can be guaranteed.

.: Keep it interesting :.

As I work in fitness every day I fully understand how exercising can sometimes become a bit of a chore. I talk to people all the time about how they have had to push themselves just to get to the gym because they are so bored of their same old routine. I am always on the lookout for new and exciting workouts so that you will blast through your sessions wondering where the time has gone and will straight away be looking forward to our next meeting.

Although the fundamental rules apply to everybody, your fitness programme will be tailored to fit you and your goals. During your initial consultation and screening, steps will be taken to ensure that enough is known about your level of fitness, diet, injuries and illnesses both current and past so that your fitness training programme will be sure to achieve maximum results.

.: A reduction in stress levels :.

Work! It's stressful just saying it. Exercise is proven to reduce stress levels by reducing hormones like cortisol and increasing endorphins (your brains feel good chemicals) giving you an instant and long lasting boost, which helps you to think more positively and enables you to relax more in the evenings. Training your body is also a great way of taking your mind off work or anything else that might be causing stress or anxiety in your life.

.: Friendly and approachable :.

A good personal trainer will always be friendly and approachable, that's why here at RPT we will always take time to get to know our clients and build up a good rapport. We welcome feedback and ensure that all comments are taken on board.

 

During your initial free 30 minute consultation we will check your blood pressure, weight, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle percentage and bmi.
