
Boot Camp
When: Reboot Personal Training Boot Camp will be restarting in March 2012. First session will be on Friday 2nd at 12pm then every Monday and Friday at 12pm. If you would like more info on future classes and Boot Camp's click here to contact us.
What: Be ready for some tough training each session comprising of a full body workout. Look to burn between 400 and 600 calories. We aim to guide you through a fun packed boot camp that will will be hard work and push you to your limits, no half measures just a quick warm up and get straight to it. We will also include the new craze of Tabata style training.

Host: Personal Trainer, Mack Parnell Time: Each session lasts 1 hour. Location: Grovelands park, Southgate, London, N14 (meeting @ the gates on The Bourne 5 mins before session) Equipment: We will provide some great equipment for the sessions including Kettlebells and the Trx Training System. Cost: Simply pay on the day or pay for blocks in advance. What you'll need to bring: We train whatever the weather so come prepared and always bring water with you.
